Currently, a lot of people think that the fact that the music video is in japanese not that big of a deal, it actually enhances the experience apparently so that's quite good. The people who took the questionnaire also thinks animation in both videos is quite impressive as well as the effects. The editing with the song is also good too, since they put down a "drop" when it appears. The metaphor and storyline within akiakne's "Reduction" was more well received rather then Outer science. This is most likely due to the fact that Outer science was part of the kagerou project series and reduction was a one off song, so the story was more clear. Some people would also like an english translation too, just cause it would be nice to be clear on the story as it can be quite ambiguous at times.

Music Analysis: Project Noise
A music advertisement I found, advertising a promotional campaign for the pop artist and techno DJ Labrinth. The advertisement is listed as "Project Noise" and it advertises to the audience on a campaign for one of the reader's to enter into a contest to let them feature a sound in his next track.
The advertisement uses a prominent blue colour scheme that is features as the borders and title. This makes it related to the company that is sponsoring this event who's logo is blue. The use of "neon"
like effect resonates the genre's techno theme. The typography used is pretty plain and only a few words are in bold to help draw the attention of the audience's eyes to the important information. The imagery used is also pretty futuristic as well, it includes the singer Labrinth clearly in the center, but he also has two opaque-ish duplicates that move and form in different ways that make it feel more dynamic and has a "dance" feel. It also merges in other imagery that uses a screen texture to make it look more "digital", once again resonating the techno theme. This also makes it look more interesting and also give the audience a lot to look at, as well as draw the attention when the audience is passing the page.
I would like to take maybe the idea of the use of borders and separate sections to give information. As this would make it more easier for the audience to understand separate pieces of information I will give them. The way that there is a consistent and prominent colour scheme is also very important to me as well and something that I will consider taking on board.

Magazine Advertisement: ShinCity
This is an advertisement for a concert that was going to be held for the various Kagerou project songs that were going to be performed by Jin. The title here uses a pun on one of the characters of the series called "Shintaro" and makes a reference to "Sin City", a popular and infamous comic book and movie.
The advertisement show Shintaro holding a guitar in the middle of a bustling crowd. The background used here is much more detailed, especially the way the cloud is created. The character is done in a simplistic plain colour scheme, which resembles the other art styles the series has done. The way some figures are blurred are also interesting since it gives off a sense of depth and movement.
Typography is sharp, edgy and interesting. The use of a cut within the "Summer 13'" makes the word bold and stands out, drawing the beholder's attention. All other information is done in a sci-fi like text, which resonates with the computer generated genre of the music.
The white also stands out from the baby blue and also complements it as it is bold and still resemble the colour of a bright cloud.
I will consider the use of interesting typography so that it matches my theme as well as give any information given some personality and form. The use of reversal is also unique since it creates a nice border as well as some interesting text.

Magazine Analysis: Kagerou Days Spoon.2D
Spoon.2Di is a magazine for advertising and exposing anime and any relevant anime products.
On this one specific advert it features one of the brand new songs that were just recently released at the time. It includes an illustration of the character "Ene" in blank white against a saturated blue. The advertisement also is similar to the way the digipack uses the feature of foreshadowing. As the advertisement shows a tiny snippet of information about the story, but does not reveal the full story. There is also the use of black "band" like shapes to induce a sense of entrapment, as well as a way to split up the varying text that is laid across the ad. The direction of the text and interesting typography is also similar to the way typography is used in the music videos as well, making the subject relatable and recognisable.
A small image of the product is also shown on the bottom right, showing the viewer the aesthetic of the product and giving them a full understanding of what they are getting. The colours used in that cover is also similar to the colour scheme used in the ad.
The use of colour and stylistic drawing is quite interesting, although I'm a bit trapped between using realistic imagery or a more animated one. The way that the advertisement use foreshadowing is quite interesting as well and I will take this to heart too.

Digipack Analysis: Boroboro na Ikizama
Boroboro na Ikizama is the second album featuring the utaite's Akiakane's own original songs, it includes all of her new songs as well as the ones from her other album. "Antinotice/Hanabira". The cover illustrations are drawn and created by Akiakane as well.
The digipack's cover is vibrant, bright and colourful. The cover's illustration is saturated and includes a lot of triangular shapes that merge and shape together to create a dynamic and colourful background that shouts out joy and fun. I think that the cover works well and it really stands out from other digipack covers. This definitely catches the attention of any beholder that looks at it. There are also some effects as well to enhance the image, like a little bit of motion blur to once again simulate the illusion of movement, making it more interesting and realistic to look at.
The way that the different textures and elements merge and shape together, to create an interesting pattern and resonate a techno crazy theme, is something that I want to use too. Although it might depend on the song I choose as it may not represent the song I choose as well.
Digipack Analysis: Children's Record
The second digipack to the "Kagerou Project", "Children's Record" and includes two more new songs as well as a brand new opening song with the same name of the album. This Cd also includes a special DVD to the music videos used for the songs as well.
This cover is significantly different then the previous digipack, this one includes the variety of characters that got introduced from the previous album songs to the album songs in this digipack. The circular shape and cut out of the characters allow the illustration to include a lot of characters at once without revealing their full appearance, still giving the album an air of mystery. The album also has no title or masthead to show what the album is called, giving focus mainly on the illustrations.
Although one feature that has been kept, is the use of foreshadowing. The ouroboros in the center of the "disc" is quite significant to the plot, as the character's powers and ability comes from snakes. The symbolism within ouroboros of "rebirth" is quite interesting as well since the cover is different then the previous digipack, making it seem like it has been "reborn" too.
Digipack Analysis: Mekaku City Days
Mekaku City Days is a digipack cover for the first album of the Kagerou Project. The album included the first thirteen songs of the series and I think that it is reflected with the cover of the digipack.
The illustration features a black and white styled background, with the characters on the cover filled in with black, hiding their identity. At this point of the series, not all the characters were revealed yet or their connection, so the digipack tried to conceal this fact to make the series more engaging as well as more buyable since people will be intrigued on why these characters are blacked out as well. It creates an air of mystery. The black and white also makes it look graphical and quite dramatic as it brings out an imposing image. This is quite important as the location of the background is very important and poses a major role in the story. It is most likely this was added to create some foreshadowing for the beholder and once they have seen it may be able to connect the dots.
